Mr. Marcus became the Waller ISD Assistant Superintendent for Finance in July 2001.

Before coming to Waller, he had 24 years experience in school business and finance in Port Arthur ISD, East Chambers CISD, LaVernia ISD, and Wimberley ISD.  He received both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Business from Lamar University in Beaumont and is a Certified Public Accountant.
