Maintenance

 

Mr. Stelter was named the Director of the Waller ISD Maintenance Department in 1997.

Prior to that time, he worked as an electrician for the department for seven years. From 1970 to 1982, Mr. Stelter worked at Boys Country serving in several capacities ranging from farm and ranch to financial director to construction superintendent. And from 1983-1990 he operated his own construction business.

Mr. Stelter graduated from Brenham High School in 1965 and attended Blinn College for two years. After serving two years in the United States Army, he completed his education, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Sam Houston State University in 1973.

Mr. Stelter enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing. He also likes to create unique crafts for his wife and family.

Mr. Stelter is married and the father of two children who are both graduates of Texas A&M University. He has one granddaughter who was born in 2000.
