Waller High School serves ninth through twelfth grade students with a comprehensive academic program designed to accommodate the wide variety of learning styles and interests common to a diversified student population. Program highlights include Dual Credit and Advance Placement courses, Tech-Prep School-To-Work programs, and articulation agreements with several colleges and universities. WHS offers quality integrated technology education and in 2005, the WHS Computer Science Team won the primarily 5A Texas Computer Education Association Large Division State Championship as well as the State 4A UIL Computer Science Championship for the second year in a row. WHS students are offered the opportunity to participate in an extensive array of extracurricular activities ranging from fine arts to athletics and agriculture. Additional T.A.K.S. practice is provided through Saturday study sessions and individual tutoring before and after school. Students are also offered several opportunities to recover lost credit with the A+NYWHERE online learning system.

Waller Junior High serves seventh and eighth grade students with a curriculum designed for successful student transition into high school. All WJH students must register for language arts, math, science, social studies, and electives that include choices in fine arts, foreign language, business, vocational, wellness, physical education, and athletics. Students have the opportunity to earn as many as five high school credits by participating in the comprehensive academic program. A wide range of special programs for the gifted as well as for the disabled is also available. Technology is being integrated into all subject areas and four computer labs facilitate technology literacy for all students in the school. WJH students actively participate in U.I.L. academic and athletic competitions, and the school has won the District UIL Academic Championship for two of the past three years. WJH has an extensive After-School Program that offers academic and enrichment opportunities, and a skateboard park was constructed in 2003-2004.

Schultz Middle School is the fifth and sixth grade campus in Waller ISD. Carnegie- and Project CRISS-trained teachers are on staff at SMS, and the faculty as a whole has been recognized as a leader in integrated technology learning. SMS students take a rigorous course of studies in core academic subjects and are offered the opportunity to participate in a balanced fine arts program that includes theater arts, music, band, and computer classes. Reading skills are enhanced using the READ 180 and Read Naturally programs, and an extensive After-School Program offers academic and enrichment activities. In 2003, a district-wide R.O.P.E.S. (Reality Oriented Physical Experience Service) was added at the SMS campus.

Waller ISD elementary schools serve students PreK through fourth grade with quality educational programs that honor individual learning styles in positive and supportive environments. Among the enrichment opportunities offered are: Bilingual and ESL classes; a Two-way Language program (Holleman Elementary Kindergarten through fourth grade and all other elementary campuses for kindergarteners); School-wide Title I reading and math; Boys Town Social Skills; Discovery Gifted and Talented; inclusion of students with disabilities; Writing/Reading/Math Computer Lab; Content Mastery; and networked computers throughout each school.
