An huge crowd of the
Waller High School Lady Bulldogs fans joined together to cheer the team
on as they defeated Kingwood Park at the Area Championship on Saturday
evening. The victory advances the Lady Bulldogs to the Regional
Quarterfinals where they will play against the Montgomery Lady Bears.

Volleyball Win Area Championship
The Waller High School Lady
Bulldog Volleyball team
defeated Kingwood Park
(15-25, 25-21, 26-24, 16-25,
15-11) on Saturday, November
7, securing the area
championship. Senior Kaydee
Rayburn helped lead the team
to victory with twenty-one
digs, 2.74 serve receive,
and nine kills. Senior
Kallie Carpenter led in
kills with ten and also
added 18 digs. Lindsey
Yanchak led the team in
service aces with seven and
also added thirteen digs and
a 2.38 serve receive. Emily
Wood had eighteen digs and a
2.33 serve receive. McCale
Fite led the team with three
block assists and one solo
block. Kamryn Dimas led the
team in assists with
twenty-five and she also
added fifteen digs. The Lady
Bulldogs will play the
Montgomery Lady Bears for
the Regional Quarterfinals
on Tuesday, November 10,
2009, 7 p.m. at Tomball High
School. Come out to join the
Lady Bulldog fans as they
cheer the team on to another
victory.
