the Board recognized 10 retirees: Peggy Stark, Richey Plemper, Bill

In the regular agenda, the Board approved proposed student/parent

In information items, Mark Lam and Dwayne Trahan with SHW Group
presented a review of projects passed in the May 12, 2007 bond election.
Those projects include a new district-wide stadium, a new elementary

improvements throughout all Waller ISD facilities.
Construction on the new stadium, which will be located on the
current stadium’s site, is slated to begin October 29, 2007 and be
complete by September 2008. The new elementary school, which will be
located somewhere in the east part of the District (site yet to be
determined), should break ground in March 2008 and open in fall 2009.
Other projects discussed above will begin between March 2008 and June
2008 and be completed in 2009.
