WISD Food Service
personnel (L-R) Betty Roch, Tina Clay, Betty Summers, Aundreal
James, Jackie Ernst, Pauline Kehlenbeck, and Bernadette Martinez have
volunteered for the WISD Food Service Safety Monitor Program. These
safety monitors, who are trained and provided with curriculum at
monthly meetings, hold weekly kitchen safety presentations on their
campuses. They also monitor safety in their work places. The pilot
program is a pro-active step toward reducing injury and worker
compensation claims in WISD Food Service area. |
