Fundraiser approval information
1)
All
fundraisers whose funds are handled by the district MUST BE approved.
2)
Those
organizations who raise funds for the district, but whose funds are not
handled by the district, must get fundraiser approval in order to get
publicity assistance from WISD Public Information (including advertising
on the web site).
3)
Fundraiser approval forms are available at all campus offices and on the
WISD Intranet.
4)
Return
the completed form to the campus principal for approval.
5)
Fundraisers that have been approved by principals are sent to the office
of the Assistant Superintendent for Administration for final approval
and listing on the District Fundraiser web page. Posting remains
until order or service is delivered or event occurs. |
