Mr. Mooney became the principal of Waller Junior High School in June 2002 after serving as an assistant principal at Waller High School since January 1999. He came to Waller ISD in 1993, serving as an eighth grade Social Studies teacher at Schultz Middle School. He was a Varsity Girls and Boys Cross Country coach from 1993-1995; a Girls Varsity Track coach from 1993-1999; a Waller Junior High Football coach in 1994; and a Varsity Football coach from 1995-1999. A native of Houston, Mr. Mooney graduated from Alief Hastings High School and received a BA degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University. He received a Masters degree in Education from Prairie View A&M University. |
