Educational History
Kindergarten through 12th grade, I attended school in California. At 17, I decided to be independent and ventured to Sequin, Texas. I attended and graduated from Texas Lutheran College, (today it is Texas Lutheran University).

Teaching Experience
My first year as an educator was spent as a contract substitute for Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District. For the next 20 years, I taught a number of grade levels for the state accredited Salem Lutheran School, Tomball. 1997-1999, I taught kindergarten for Royal ISD, in Pattison. Now I am working as a sixth grade teacher in Wonderful Waller! I earned my English as a Second Language Certificate in the summer of 2003.
