Welcome to your past … your present… and your future!  We deliver learning experiences to your students!  From Geography, World History, American History, Government, Economics, Psychology and Sociology, Waller High School Bulldogs will scour the far reaches of earth, dive into diverse cultures, crawl through the corridors of time and emerge as leaders prepared to venture into the future.  

It is our desire, as social studies teachers, to inspire and motivate our students to become knowledgeable, successful individuals as students in the classroom and in life.  In addition to enhancing reading and study skills, we incorporate hands-on learning tools, interactive student-driven techniques, and lessons which allow students to experience what they are learning. As teachers on the social studies team, we are knowledgeable and passionate about the subjects we teach and even more so about the incredible students who fill our classrooms.

The Social Studies department offers various levels of courses to meet student needs.  In addition to our core classes, we offer Pre-AP, AP, and dual credit courses. These courses do require more rigor than regular classes; however, students may receive college credit through the AP and Dual Credit courses.
