School Peachjar Instructions
Individual schools may post flyers to their webpage that promote information and events related to:
- Parent-Teacher Organizations (PTOs/PTAs)
- Booster Clubs
Each campus has its own Peachjar Site Administrator who approves and uploads eflyers. Please contact your school office if your flyer falls under one of the categories above. You can email your eflyer (PDF) to your building Site Administrator for processing or you may choose to upload your digital flyer on your behalf. You may learn more by viewing the How to Upload an Eflyer help page. If approved, your eflyer will then be emailed and posted on your building’s homepage.
SEND YOUR FLYERS TO OTHER SCHOOLS
Schools also have the capability to distribute eflyers to other schools in our district. If a school or parent club is hosting an event opened to the entire community and wants other families in our district to know about it, that school can send the eflyer to the District Site Administrator with a list of schools to send the flyer to. Once the eflyer is approved, the eflyer will be emailed to requested email recipients and posted online.

Please note: Schools may not use their own Peachjar accounts to send out e-flyers for outside organizations. Outside organizations must create their own Peachjar accounts and upload their own eflyers for district approval. Click on Instructions for Outside Organizations for more information.
