    William Warren was born and raised in Waller ISD. He attended Holleman Elementary and graduated from Waller High School in 1993. His family spans five generations of prominent ranchers in Hockley. He is also a second-generation WISD Board Member. His father, Jim Warren, is a past WISD Board President and faithfully served on the Board for 18 years. 

    William studied civil engineering at Texas Tech University. In 1999, he began working for Baker Concrete Construction. He has worked in several levels of operations from project management to his current role Quality Assurance Manager for the Southern Region of the United States. This professional experience has led him to light and heavy commercial, industrial and nuclear, concrete construction projects. 

    He has previously volunteered in multiple WISD roles including: District Site-Based Decision Making Committee, the 2019 Bond Advisory Committee, 2019 Vote YES Waller ISD PAC co-chair, school career days, UIL Debate judge, and the Waller FFA Booster Club.

    William and his wife Amanda are proud of their sixth-generation Warrens; Ethan is a proud member of the WHS Class of 2020 and Hunter will join the ranks of WISD alumni in 2030.
