Parent/Student/Public Complaints & Grievances

This page details the step-by-step process for filing an FNG (parent/student) or GF (public complaints) grievance or complaint. Please review this entire page and the related policies. Note: Employee complaint/grievance information is available here.

  1. Start with Informal Resolution
    Please try to resolve the issue informally by discussing it first with the campus principal, department head, or relevant administrator. Almost all matters in are resolved at this level. Waller ISD is dedicated to working with students, parents, and community members to solve issues in a direct and timely manner.
     
  2. File a Formal Grievance - Level One 
    If the issue is not resolved informally, you may file a formal grievance following the procedures below:

    If the grievance is not resolved at Level One, appeals may be filed.
