District and Campus Improvement Plans
District & Campus Plans
Waller ISD is committed to continuous improvement through the development and implementation of the District Improvement Plan (DIP) and Campus Improvement Plans (CIPs). These plans are developed annually through a comprehensive needs assessment process that includes the review of student performance and other district and campus data, identification of needs and root causes, and input from parents, staff, community members, and other stakeholders. The DIP and CIPs establish measurable goals, strategies, resources, and methods for monitoring progress toward improved student outcomes. Federal and state programs, including ESSA and State Compensatory Education, are aligned with identified needs and strategies within these plans.
