I teach second grade at Turlington Elementary. I love working in Waller, not only because of its small town charm, but also the integrity, focus on providing the best education to our students, and vision of the school district.

I'm a born and raised Houstonian. I was able to experience the suburban life growing up in the Klein area with my mother, as well as city life inside the loop with my father. I'm now a mother of two silly girls, Arden and Emma. I graduated from Texas A&M (WHOOP!) in 2009 with a business degree in Marketing. After several years working as a graphic designer, I felt unfulfilled in my career. I discovered through volunteering at my home church that my talents were better suited to working with children. I then obtained my teaching certificate and made a career change into teaching that has changed my life for the better.
