Hello superb 7th grade parents!  

I am excited to be here at SJH teaching math to exploring young minds.  My name is Mrs. Culver and I have been teaching mathematics for 16 years.  I graduated from the University of Houston with honors (Magna Cum Laude) with a double major in Management and Finance.  My career journey began as a Workers Compensation Underwriter, then I moved to family wealth planning for high net worth individuals and blue chip company executives.  After many years in the corporate world I followed my heart and went back to school to become a teacher. I have been teaching for 17 years, 16 of them in Mathematics.   I have a 22 year old daughter who is pursuing a degree in Chemical Oceanography Major and in Mathematics at Texas A&M University (WHOOP!).  

Ways to support your student:

**Tutoring:  after school on Mondays and Wednesday, 2:35-3:30.   Please arrange your transportation home.
