Mrs. Kristi Zwahr

Welcome students and parents! I look forward to this being an awesome year of Growing and learning together! This is my second year at Waller High School and teaching reading intervention.

The GROWTH here in Waller is why I love being a Bulldog-- We are Growing everyday as a school, as a community, and in the classrooms! We STRIVE as a TEAM for GROWTH each and everyday.

We are GROWING as readers, writers, and effective communicators each and every day!

My goal is to see that struggling readers and/or those who despise reading have a mindset change and more successful experiences are created and made by seeing that reading IS enjoyable, IS indeed relevant to their own lives, and in fact useful.

I hope that each of my students will not only develop and GROW a love for reading, but also become reflective, life-long readers!
