My name is James Kellgren and I am excited to be joining Waller Junior High.  This will be my sixth year teaching and my first year as a coach.  I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago but have called Texas my home since 2013.  Since moving I have married my amazing wife and this holiday season we will be welcoming our first child.  I have my Master's in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.

 

I look forward to supporting the students of Waller Junior HIgh and helping them achieve their potential in mathematics.  This is something I do by showing how what we practice in the classroom applies to their lives outside of school and by presenting the material in a way that's fun and engaging.
