Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open for all campuses and all grade levels! Registration is only required for NEW students; it is NOT required for returning students. WISD offers full-day prekindergarten to those who qualify. Half-day prekindergarten is not available. Here’s how to register and join the Waller ISD family:

Determine which schools your family is zoned to.
Review registration requirements & gather documents. Each document must be saved as an electronic file or photo to upload into the registration application.
- PRE-K QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- RECOMMENDATION: Prepare all required documents BEFORE beginning the online application.
  - One of the following: deed, WISD property tax statement, current lease agreement, OR notarized statement of property ownership along with property tax statement or property owner’s deed
  - One of the following: current utility statement OR unsolicited personal business mail
  - Student’s State Certified Birth Certificate
  - Student’s Last Report Card / Transcripts (does not apply to pre-kindergarten or kindergarten)
  - Student’s Immunization Record
- TIME SAVER TIP: If the documents are already digital, save them in a known location. If the documents are on paper, use your smartphone or a document scanner to scan them, or take a photo of them, and save them to a known location so they are ready to upload in Step 5 of the application.
Register Online! You may register from a laptop or mobile device. Please use Google Chrome for the application to work best. If you have already prepared the required documents, the application will take approximately 30-60 minutes. Only one step can be open at a time; be sure you click save at each step to update your progress. You will be able to return as needed.
- If your family is NEW to Waller ISD, begin by creating a Skyward Family Access account. Use Google Chrome to open: https://wisd.fyi/SkywardAccountRequest
- If your family already has students in Waller ISD, begin by logging in to Skyward Family Access. Use Google Chrome to open: https://wisd.fyi/FamilyAccess, then click “NEW STUDENT APPLICATION” in the upper left corner.
  Forgot your Login ID or Password? Click “Forgot your Login/Password?” and follow the prompts.

No. Once you are part of the Waller ISD family, you will automatically be enrolled each year.

  - Registro de vacunación del estudiante.
- CONSEJO PARA AHORRAR TIEMPO: Si los documentos ya están en formato digital, guárdelos en un lugar fácil de localizar. Si están en papel, utilice su teléfono inteligente o un escáner para digitalizarlos o tomarles una foto, y guárdelos en un lugar accesible para cargarlos fácilmente en el Paso 5 de la solicitud.
¡Regístrese en línea! Puede completar la solicitud desde una computadora o dispositivo móvil. Para un mejor funcionamiento, utilice Google Chrome. Si ya preparó los documentos requeridos, la solicitud tomará aproximadamente entre 30 y 60 minutos.
