Degrees and Certifications:

Mr. Raymond J. Breeden

I have been employed by Waller ISD since August 2000 at Schultz Junior High.  I taught 6th grade Social Studies at Schultz Junior High from August 2000 - May 2008.  I then served as one of the two Assistant Principals at Schultz Junior High from June 2008 until May 2018.  I then began a new adventure at Waller High School as the Hope Academy and DAEP Administrator, along with being a member of the Waller ISD Threat Assessment Team beginning in June 2018.  I have and will continue to enjoy my time serving the students of Waller ISD as a teacher and an administrator.  I look forward to the new adventures in serving the students and community members of Waller ISD in my new role.

I graduated from Central High School in May 1995 and then attended Angelo State University.  I graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in History in December of 1999.  I then looked for employment while substitute teaching in the San Angelo ISD school system.  My wife Cathy and I were married on July 16, 2000 and both came to work in Waller ISD shortly thereafter.  I received an opportunity to attend Prairie View A&M University to pursue my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and graduated in August 2008.

I have three children: Ethan, Garrett, and Tanner and all three are students in Waller ISD.
