During their monthly luncheon, the Waller Area Chamber of Commerce (WACC) recognized Turlington Elementary (TES) 4th Grade Teacher Krista Hulsey as their September Teacher of the Month. Hulsey is a veteran teacher known for her special ability to make connections with students in order to help them be successful. The WACC celebrates teachers each month during the school year. Waller ISD is thankful for the partnership and support of the WACC.
