Waller High School’s (WHS) Winter Color Guard earned first place and the title of Regional Champions at the 2023 WGI Houston Color Guard Regional. The team competed in the Scholastic Regional A class where they were judged on equipment, movement, design, and general effect. During the preliminary round, the team placed first with a total score of 73.430 beating six other teams in the region including representatives from Deer Park ISD, Fort Bend ISD, Houston ISD, Katy ISD, and Klein ISD. In the final round scored a 73.180 claiming the championship title. Congratulations to the WHS Winter Color Guard on an amazing performance!
